Who is Spiritual Direction for?
To a greater or lesser extent, at some stage in our life, all of us come up against the immensity of God not once but many times. Recognition of this is the beginning of faith.
As we grow in faith everyone desires to understand more, or better, what God is 'about'.
This process can be confusing, or troubling, or actually painful, even though it is shot through with glimpses of joy. So it can help to have a trustworthy companion who can 'stand back a bit' and see more of the whole wood, and not single trees.
Spiritual Direction does this by the Grace of God and is available for souls engaged on this journey.
Spiritual Direction is for anyone who wants it. Denomination, shades of churchmanship, lay or ordained, male or female, elderly or younger - it doesn't matter who or what you are. Spiritual Direction works across all boundaries and is for all Christians.
